No. 01855313) specializing in investment properties including hospitality, multifamily, industrial, office, equestrian, and luXury residential estates. He is a member with a Gold Level Certification of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA); the National Association of Realtors (NAR); the California Association of Realtors (CAR); the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR); and the Southland (Beverly Hills and Los Angeles) Regional Association of Realtors (SRAC).
He has a JD degree and is a general and real estate member of the International Bar Association. He also has an MBA with an emphasis on finance.
He has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment, management, development and sales since 2001.
As an accomplished horseman in both the US and UK (a Founding Member and Director of the San Diego Polo Club and Joint Master of the Santa Fe West Hills Hunt), he has planned and developed a number of large equestrian facilities.
His background also includes many years in venture capital investing and facility development specializing in healthcare related businesses.
He has dual citizenship in both the US and the UK.
Jean-Michel Vincent
PROVENCE, FRANCE--A licensed real estate agent (CPI No. 3002202200000037), with extensive experience in all aspects of French sales and transactions.
He holds dual degrees in public law and private law from the University of Montpellier, and has two additional certificates in notarial studies and general administration.
Among his many achievements, he has held several senior positions in public relations, communications, and marketing within French government agencies at both the national and regional levels. From 2000 to 2017, he was the regional director of the Mouvement des Enterprises de France (MEDEF), the largest employer's federation in France with more than 750,000 member companies. His strong relationships with local elected representatives are a considerable asset.
He has owned and invested in many successful businesses in both France and the US related to the restaurant business (purchasing, renovation, and resale).
Since 2020, he and his son have operated a company, SAS, in the south of France that buys, renovates, and resells all types of real estate (apartments, townhouses, villas, etc.) as well as providing renovation work for individuals and businesses.
